How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within mainland Spain usually take between 1 and 3 working days. If you place your order before 12:00 PM, it could arrive the next day!
For shipments to the European Union 5 to 7 working days.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders within mainland Spain. For deliveries outside this area, additional shipping costs apply. You can check the exact amount at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your trolley with a credit or debit card or via Bizum. Choose the option that suits you best!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and a link to follow your package.

Do you ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla?

We can ship to these areas for an increased shipping cost. Please contact us for more details. We are working on being able to offer it soon through the web, we will keep you informed!

What should I do if my trolley arrives damaged or faulty?

If your trolley arrives damaged, please note any visible damage to the packaging on the delivery receipt from the courier. This is essential for handling any claims. Contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you. We’ve got you covered!

What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days to return your trolley if you are not satisfied. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Check our full return policy for details.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

If you decide to return your trolley for any reason, return shipping costs will be at your expense. However, if the trolley arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the return costs.

Can I exchange my trolley for a different model?

Of course! If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days to request an exchange for a different model or colour, as long as the trolley is unused and in its original packaging. If this is the case, remember to register it with photos so that you can make a claim.
