How much does shipping cost?
Good news! Shipping within mainland Spain is completely free. Yes, you read that right—there are no extra costs to have your shopping trolley delivered straight to your door.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We like to be fast and efficient, so we ensure that your trolley will arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Simple, right? If you place your order before 12:00 PM, it might even reach you sooner than expected!
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within mainland Spain. We are working on expanding our service, but for now, we focus on these areas to guarantee the best delivery speed and quality.
2. Returns
Can I return my order?
Of course! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your trolley to return it. Please make sure the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
How do I return a product?
Returning a product is as easy as pushing one of our trolleys. Just follow these steps:
- Contact us through our contact form or call us at +34 96 578 70 16.
- We will provide you with a return label so you can send the trolley back hassle-free.
- Once we receive and check the returned trolley, we will process your refund within a maximum of 5 business days
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you decide to return a product, the return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the trolley is faulty or there has been an error on our part.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your trolley arrives in poor condition or with damaged packaging, please make sure to note this on the delivery slip provided by the transport company. This is essential to process any potential claims.
We take the quality of our products very seriously, but if you receive a damaged or defective trolley, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
3. Exchanges
Can I exchange my trolley for a different model?
Yes! If you change your mind and prefer a different model or colour, you can request an exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Just make sure the trolley is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return and shipping costs of the exchange.
